How would Oleksandr Usyk fare in Heavyweight?

Since he cant knock out People, it leaves him susceptible to getting robbed on the cards, especially if he fights home town fighters in America or Britain. So he will be at a disadvantage here, he would need to absolutely school his opponents in order not to get robbed of a victory.

 

He beats everyone one but wilders ABC drug testing boys might KO him

 

I think he can beat anyone. And in 3-4 years Usyk vs Joshua is the next super event

 

Let's say he wins WBSuperSeries, by the time it's over he's 31.5 years old, will he put on weight or will he fight @ 220 or less?

He might have to get a wriggle on to have any chance.

world title for sure Minamum.. in my opinion he moves up he automatically slides into the 2nd best hw.. Joshua the only one that may trouble him.. and if I had to pick I would probs pick usyk.. 2 much skill decent power when he wants.. would confuse and wear aj down.. especially if aj tires like he did vs 41 year old klitchko.. if usyk notices him tiring like that its over lol.

It wouldnt prove much really if Usyk won the tournament. Parker among others could would win this tournament. Briedas arguably the number 2/3 fighter in the tourny just went 12 in a close fight with Perez who couldn't really handle top elite HW's.

when you adjust the added weight of Usyk he will slow he will also be older by the time he enters a HW divison and be eating shots by far harder punchers and his own punches wont have the same effect which hes not a known power puncher to begin with.

Those who really think usyk defeats Joshua please make a permanent ban bet then so we can see whos trolling and whos not.Those who think power is a non factor in this class will have a reality check and fast...lol

 

Usyk needs to move up to HW immediately if he wins WBSS.

He can deal against big and hard-hittings HWs (he beat Parker's conqueror Junior Fa, beat 3-time world HW champion Medjidov easily, and thoroughly outboxed Joe Joyce).

But AJ? I don't know, very hard to deal vs AJ in early rounds. Usyk needs to move around the ring as much as he can.

 

You are badly overestimating AJ's ring IQ.

A guy as smart as Usyk will have him figured out. Besides, why do people harp on about extra weight? He doesn't need to add that much, and it wouldn't hinder him anyway.

AJ has literally no ring smarts. He uses force and power to do the job. When that fails, then what?

Give me a smarter smaller man over a bigger clutz any day of the week.

 

usyk dealt with superheavys in the amatuers... EASILY. and letsbe honest beyond aj's power hes not that great... usyk could out box him easily.. ajs only chance would be the power lol.
