Most of those guys you mentioned were fighters back in the day, when sports science wasn't as developed as it is now, so unless Hatton only has access to training facilities and trainers that live thirty years in the past, he should have been able to to make it past 29 without being shot.

Hatton's not going to comeback, or at least he shouldn't. No one blames Hagler for not coming back to clean out 160 despite still being in his early 30's, even though at his best, he'd likely have little difficulty doing it. By that time, he was well past his best years. Hatton is no ATG, or anything close to it, but at his best, he'd still reign supreme at 140. Prime Hatton had the foot speed and constant pressure to get to Khan early and often, and the power to hurt him rather easily.

Not claiming to be Teddy Atlas or whoever, but I can tell Hatton ain't some invincible dude who just easily beats all the fighters you mentioned. I belong to the reality based community.

According to you, what age is prime Hatton? probably an age that would be the square root of a negative number.

No.... you belong to the community of new to the sport posters who say dumb **** with no knowledge to back it up.

Goodnight newbie. I wont continue this any longer, cause debating with and making a fool outta a poster who started watching boxing 2 weeks ago actually makes ME look alot worse than you.

I'll just leave by saying that if your gonna continue posting here you've GOTTA learn more about the sport. The problem is your acting too prideful to admit that you have no clue what your talking about.

    Peace.

I think hatton will give them the toughest fight of their career, hatton only 2 loss came from floyd and PAC which is the best in this era.

I started watching Ricky ever since I saw him fight in Vegas for the first time and he was phenominal

I love how every thread about hatton starts with the word "prime"

Some fans have very short memories, but I can understand to a degree because when Ricky came over to America to state his case his form was dipping, dissapointing fights against Collazo, Urango and an over the hill Castillo didnt endeer himself to the American public

The Hatton that beat Stewart, Tackie, Thaxton and Tyuzu would have beat them all.

    Khan beats him
Bradly close decision for one of them. Bradley probably
    Maidana close war. Hatton probably.
    Probably beats Alexander with difficulty.
