As much as this thread is getting trolled the **** out of and bitten on.

Lets say Hatton the night of Tszyu is prime: Hatton easily beats 3 of them and only Bradley has the chance of a coinflip.

Khan is good, but Hatton is ridiculously good pressure fighter at that weight. He certainly had heavy hands too. If you sub Tszyu version of Hatton for Maidana, he would have been in the bar with a Guiness in his hand by about round 6. Khan though is the only one of the quartet that is still on the way up skillwise

Hatton stops Maidana. Either ref or corner, he's not going to put him out, but he'd get pulled out. Hatton is a better version of the same thing.

Alexander is Alexander. He'd pretty decent, but he's not a fighter. Hatton is going to take him to the trenches and he's not going to like it.

For me, Bradley is the one that is most interesting. Bradley doesn't have a massive punch, but he has a lot of punches and isn't going to be phased by the pressure due to his experience. He's a very nice boxer and moves his feet really well. Its certainly the one of these that you wouldnt really invest too much funds in.

People say he's not past it cos he's only early 30s: So is Morales. Ring age is not the same as chronological age, and much like Morales increased his by being in wars all the time, Hatton increased hid by unprofessional behaviour between fights.

Sergio Martinez is 3 years older than Hatton, and at his best right now.

Hatton will not fight again, and the 2 red marks he has on his record, are two boxers who people will be talking about in 30 years. There is no shame in that.

    Spot on :good

Thing with Khan for me though is Hatton will catch up to him early and make it a fight, Maidana eventually caught upto Khan and Hatton did everything better than Maidana and had much better hand speed and accuracy and footspeed and ability to cut off the ring was 10x better than Maidana. Hatton would get Khan going but Hatton was a very good finisher and wouldn't let him off the hook like Maidana did.

Also people forget that prime Hatton had a terrific engine. He would keep you under pressure whilst constantly throwing leather for 12 rounds. It's amazing how 2 loses to the best fighters of this era when he was past his best and 1 at an unprefered weight and he gets severely underrated

  3. I dunno if he beats all of them, but he definitely gives them all a huge pain in the ass.

Hatton beat collazo in a very tough close bout as did berto.Berto vs hatton would be a great evenly contested bout, but berto's speed and power might get the job done.hatton would have berto under constant pressure as well, how would berto handle that? i still lean slight towards berto though.you are obviously a hatton hater.thats o.k. to each there own.

Good post. Although I don't think he beats any of them easily.

To me, a lot depends on how Hatton fights. If he hugs and holds, and is able to rough up a Khan and an Alexander, I think he beats them. If he is forced to fight a more disciplined fight, he could lose. Specifically to Khan, who I think Roach would make use his speed and reach. We'd probably see a fight very much like Khan- Maidana. Hatton might be able to get him out of there, but I also think Khan would run more.

I think Bradley would be a good fight either way. 50/50.

    Khan punches, Hatton goes down.

Replace Khan with Bradley, Alexander, Maidana, Ortiz, and especially BERTO, that is what happens, again and again.

agreed. saw him at the MEN when he fought Kostya. He could have walked through walls that night. Think the only fighter that would have tested him would have been Maidana. Why? because they are/were both come forward fighters. It would have been a slugfest with both these 2 warriors but that legendary bodyshot power he possessed would have taken him out as soon as Hatton let loose.

im a huge Khan fan since he was beaten by Prescott, got his arse off the floor, headed to the wildcard and got some of the best coaching thats possible. However....at this moment in time, as much as i admire him, against a prime Hatton, Khan's punchpower is not at its peak. The kid can bang, no doubt, but he aint a banger. Hatton would have walked him down and gone to town on his midsection....that would slow him down, lower those hands and late in the rounds Khan would be stopped IMO. All this being said, we can only talk about something that cant be proved so.....its only my opinion. Im sure many more experienced and knowledgable fight fans could and would disagree.

I could care less for Khan, he's a KO waiting to happen, and he will get exposed again, but I pick him over Hatton, because Hatton really was that overrated. If Khan is a real man, he would face Berto, Khan don't want any part of the Haitian Sensation, that's for sure.

Everybody hates on Berto, because they know he would destroy their favorite boxers.
