The only thing that the division of this day 2014 held for me was Wlad.

We had a dominant champion, who had just KOd two #1 contenders close together, but on obvious competition left.

    Least of all Fury.

He had only got his ranking, because Wlad was clearing out the other contenders!

He was moe at Chisora's level!

Today we have Wlad looking for one last legacy fight, Joshua who seems to be the real deal, Wilder who was better than I thought, and even Fury might dry out to join the mix!

How good would it be if some of these CW prospects made a successful jump.

He'd be the man like he'd be in any generation but would have very worthy challengers like Joshua, Wilder, Ortiz, Povetkin, Fury and Klitschko just a matter of who he faces. I could see Holmes having a similar reign to the one Wlad had recently and maybe ending in a similar fashion as well with one of the younger bigger heavyweights using size to outwork and out point him. Either way I see Larry Holmes becoming world champ in any generation.

Fury, Wlad, Joshua beat him, I reckon he KO's Wilder.
    He's too small.

To beat Prime Holmes one would need to be able to either nullify his jab (via slick defense and or right hand counters) or outjab his jab. No hwt since perhaps Tyson or Lewis would have this ability. Holmes as such would dominate and he would not even need to worry about a 15 round distance.

I believe he would be the champ. In his prime I see him as having superior skills to anyone around today. Although I was never a fan, I always thought he was a great heavyweight champion who had a tough act to follow - Ali.

And that's pretty much how the board feels about you, kid.

Now run along and work on your attitude, and then maybe you'll to be taken seriously.

We're all very impressed with your claims of grandeur.

And when your attitude improves to post-pubescent levels, you'll be accorded all the seriousness you merit.

    PS
I liked the bit about your two hounds...

    and a woman !

I have noticed that some of the people of this forum respond in the plural, I talk to you concretely and you respond "we", you match the profile of an insecure person who needs support from the group, such as hyenas and other scavengers useless individually.
very soon you will understand that you can't came to me to spit your shi7 (if i did not talk to you first)and then you walk away like nothing without consequences, you have to learn the word respect little idiot

    Oooooh.

    Now I've done it !

    Consequences, is it ?

You've frightened the living bejesus out of me, lad.

And I'm sure half the board as well.

I should be more circumspect in dealing with a lad who can inflict consequences over the internet.

Is it too late to retract the bit about you being a rude, immature little $hit with an attitude problem ?

Larry Holmes is just too skillful for the current set of heavyweights. Wilder and AJ are far too green and Fury, regardless of his imposing stature, are just too basic to deal with someone like Holmes - they will be outjabbed, tortured and most probably stopped.
