Pacquiao's best chance at victory is the DLH fight, even a prime DLH.
Pacquiao dominates left hand happy fighters with not much of a right hand.

Mosley is somewhat weak mentally when things are not going as planned, so though I would favor Mosley in a prime for prime matchup, Pacquiao competes and maybe takes a decision vs Mosley.

Not to sure about Vernon Forrest. Forrest has all the tools but I cant get out of my head him not being able to handle an unconventional fighter like Ricardo Mayorga. If Mayorga in his zany style can twice beat Forrest, Pacquiao with his herky jerky in and out bounces could also trouble Forrest, the difference however is that Mayorga was as strong as an Ox which played a significant factor against Forrest.
Its a pickem fight if Forrest is at his best against Pacquiao.

    All the rest beat Pacquiao.

Posing the question in this way just further highlights how remarkable Pac’s achievements were up at 147.

Favor him against Mosley, JCC and Forrest. He loses to the rest.

The only guy on there that Pac definitely beats is Forrest, though Vernon at his absolute best would give him a heck of a fight. Pac's in & out movement & straight left would see him through to a clear UD.

Pac has a good shot at beating JCC at WW, and would give Oscar & Mosley very good fights.

Those picking Pacquiao over Chavez have no idea what a complete fighter Chavez was.
Chavez' chin was elite. Angelo Dundee once said Chavez' chin was the best he had ever seen.
The key to beating Manny Pacquiao is always a straight right hand over his left hand, and Chavez' right hand was superb.
Chavez' would tatoo Pacquiao with that right hand and follow it up with digs to Pacquiao's midsection.
Amazes me how people dont identify the uniqueness of Julio Cesar Chavez. There was'nt a weakness to his game and his defense is only second to Mayweather of all the fighters Pacquiao ever faced.
Chavez stops Pacquiao in the late rounds in a fight he's comfortably controlling.

This is why Pac is the GOAT. People are actually pitting a former flyweight against Tommy Hearns.

Can y'all imagine asking how Roman Gonzalez would fare against Tommy Hearns?

    Prime DLH was ferocious.
Manny was too quick and durable for JCC. Not that Manny fights like Pernell at all, but Pernell schooled and easily beat Chavez. Taylor’s speed gave JCC all kinds of issues. Chavez is one of the most overrated boxers of all time, fought lots of cab drivers.

He maybe beats Mosley, and beats DLH due to him coasting all the time and not really having a right hand. That’s probably the only two guys he beats on that list.

    Everyone else beats him stylistically

Mayorga had that take two to give one mentality. Those guys are not technical but tough to look good against. Vernon could box, knew how to use his reach and worked well behind the jab. Plus hit hit pretty hard. He may have too much for Manny. I say his best chances at victory are Mosely and Oscar.
