I think it'd be a close fight tbh man .Hatton done well going up and beating Collazo but it was tough for him at WW .Still a quality LWW though man .

A peak Hatton at 140 was a monster. Hatton by stoppage

    Ricky was pretty durable too.

As fighters move up in quality, it tends to show how much dig they really have. Take both Froch and Hatton for example. Sure, he's fairly heavy handed, but Froch looked like a KO artist at a lower level. I see folk are questioning Brook's pop even at the levels he's been boxing now. I doubt Brook would stop a prime Hatton.

On another note, one of the few successes I think MH had the other night was in spoiling Brooks work later on, this kept him in the fight until the end. Brook perhaps didn't really know how to properly deal with it. A later version of RH was far superior to MH at this and worked his opponent hard whilst doing it as well.

Kell Brook, is his resume really any better than John Murrays?(before the L's)

big flashy unbeaten record, but your biggest win being a boring points win against the durable Matthew Hatton hardly means you are the next Prince Naz.

Credit to SKY & Eddie for turning this guy into a ticket seller, the SKY vs Boxnation war is well and truly on:yep

Competition in this kind of thing is always good and that's the way it should be. One has to up their game to top the other. I guess the ball is in BN court right now...

I think Kell has what it takes to be in the p4p number 10 but we don't know what would happen if he got in ring with ricky...

i would like to see him take on Maidana, Bredis Prescott (dangerous for first half of fight) or devon alexander and then we will see how good he is

Bearing in mind Hatton wasnt the same fighter at 147 (and deserved to lose to Collazo), id say Brook would win by a close decision, although Hatton could have success if he could bully Brook onto the ropes and work the body.

hatton, ricky is ten times the fighter matt is,better boxer, better movment, better footwork,**** he is just better at everything, tenfold.
brooke is good, but he needs a ****ing real fight with a live fighter, and soon,i enjoyed the fight on sat,but he needs a few more gears to make it at top level,i hope he has got them, cos he will need them

Hatton would be all over Brook like white on rice. He'd be on him in a way where we have to sya Hatton ****s his world up as we don't know if Brook could handle what Hatton brings technically, physically or mentally.
