I could find dozens of guys to defeat him within a weeks time at different bars across the east coast including me after a case of beer . Pete McNeeley batters him. :periodico:

IMO Breidis, Dorticos, Gassiev(s), Gimbatov and a cast of hundreds would batter Galento. Usyk would box Galento's face off.

This. Galento had good defense and a left hook that could put any heavyweight down regardless of their size. Galento would make Joshua look silly and end him with a left hook when Joshua gassed. If Takam wasn't completely feather fisted Joshua would've been in trouble when he gassed, but Takam couldn't crack an egg shell.

Galento was used to fighting fighters of all sizes and regularly destroyed fighters way better than Takam, who a lot of people keep saying is a top fighter even though Parker toyed with him and Povetkin was clearly carrinh him before the knocking him out.

    Buddy Baer 6'6" 240 84 inch reach
    Max Baer 6'2" 220 81 inch reach
    Joe Louis 6'2" 200 76 inch reach

These three guys knockout everyone on Joshua's resume and Joshua himself.

The modern day Tony Galento is called Dustin Nichols. Almost knocked out Deontay Wilder. Imagine what Tony would have done to Deontay.

Galento would be dead in the water after a fraction what I hit that bag with and imagine before over2 hours of power punching..lol

AS a matter of fact when I sparred Yuri Vaulin at age 24 with NO boxing experiance other than getting beat up by big bro at age 17 in the drive way and holding my own is by far anything Galento has done in terms of wins....lol

It must kill you knowing I actually been in and around the sport though...my doors always open for such a tough guy like you though?:headbash

Galento had a record of 80-24 - and knocked down Joe Louis. That's more than you'll ever achieve you delusional old man.

My achievements are not what's in question which I've had world titles in other areas...Galento is known more for knocking out Jackie Gleason...I've knocked out 250 pound Klitchko sparring partner in a street fight and he wasn't a fat slob....

This old man would clown you ring or cage....have a nice night. :pancarta:

I think I've seen him fight Joe Louis, but the recollection is hazy. I have a dim memory of a forty pound overweight light heavyweight type guy. My first thought was that Martin was a titlist and Wilder has a strap. Arreola and Stiverne both were top contenders for a while. Butterbean was like 400 pounds and he did fine.

Then I thought well how tall was he? 5'9". Maybe, he should shed forty pounds and compete at light heavy or twenty and compete at cruiser. Then I checked out his record and he had 57 KOs mostly over 200+ lb men, so he must have hit like Rocky Marciano. All those KOs kind of turned me around. What do I know? Maybe, he could be a heavyweight today. James Toney did it.
