That's the dumbest take I've heard. He bit his ear cause Holyfield was headbutting him, not cause he was afraid of losing.
If fear of losing causes him to do that, he'd have done the same vs Douglas, or in his first fight with Holyfield, or vs Lewis etc.

 

Tyson would get up and physically assault Ali. Muhammad would be in with a new kind of animal. Foreman and Liston were mostly placid outside the ring. Mike was violent, crazy, and rageful. He’d put Ali in his place.
