i personally would make all the champions at 147 or 154 have a tournament that the winner faces mayweather. but only fighters who have titles can participate in the tournament so therefore when the winner of the tournament faces mayweather all the belt will b up and the winner will be have all the titles the ibf, wbo, wba, wbc, ring, and wbc dimond belt what would ur tournament look like ?
Make it PPV, make it unmissable. Instead of £15 for a title fight and some muppets on the undercard, put 4 massive title fights up for grabs, people will pay £40 for a one off in massive ppv figures, and make a whole night of it with friends and family. Like a world cup final. Regular ppvs take the edge off a fight being special imo.
More than anything disregarding belts etc I would make evenly, well planned matched fights first to get the fans attention and leave them salivating for more. Does anyone here truly think if Mayweather was to lose to Manny he won't want a rematch? I think Floyd should beat Pacman, but it won't be a cakewalk like many here think it might be. Instead of leaving the best for last I'd get right to it, the loser faces the rest of the tournament fighter to earn his rematch then hopefully you have a much anticipated, bigger megafight than the first. At least in a tournament setting. Outside of one tho, hate him all you want, but if your looking to make $$$ Arum is a ****ing genius. Why he's the most powerful promoter in boxing.
