He's also VERY strong physically with a solid chin and submissions. Your boy Wilder would get absolutely mutilated in an MMA fight against the UFC champ Don't get me wrong though... I'd LOVE to see him try and make a go at it like your boy Toney

 

The UFC guys would have accidents in their pants just thinking of Wilder's footwork, takedown defence and chicken legs. He's spend his first 10 fights on his back shouting "This is gay!" just before getting choked TFO.

 

Lol! Seriously. I HOPE he does something stupid and steps in the cage with someone like Stipe. Hell even Brock Lesnar!

Actually Lesnar would be hilarious. I'd LMFAO at seeing that big dumb ham squashing down on top of Wilder, trying to work out a submission ("Duuuuhh ... iz an armbar like a crank? Where does me put mah fingurs?") while Wilder spazzes out like a drowning chicken beneath him.

 

Classic "boxer vs mma fighter" scenario, you get through his reach and grapple he's in trouble, but he lands one of those wild punches on you in the smaller gloves, good luck lol

Lol Say what you want about Lesnar but he is freakishly strong with very good wrestling. He would definitely abuse that bird legged lowlife.

 

Yeah, look, i'm pretty much a Lesnar hater, but credit where credit is due, he was as strong as a house and did much better than I thought he would.

 

The way he won that HW belt in his 4th MMA fight was pretty remarkable. But someone like Stipe or Minakov beats him badly 9/10 times. Prime Cro Cop and Fedor also would abuse him.

You're crazy. Tall ass guys like Wilder, who's also a lot stronger than he appears, are hard to take down. If Wilder grew up doing MMA, he would definitely be dominant. He would be like McGregor, rarely ever going to the ground because of his control of distance.

Plus, Wilder is mean as hell. He's like Jon Jones, but with 1 punch KO power. He would be a nightmare. Clearly, you've never been in the ring with a fighter that is taller than you, that is also fast and mobile. Add separation from senses power on top of that, that's a nightmare.

 

Bunch of haters on here. I can see the hate for Wilder here is just as strong as it is on the boxing forum. I think a lot of people just don't have experience against guys like Wilder.

But look who dominates UFC. Tall and rangy guys like Jon Jones and McGregor. Not saying they can't get beat, but it's a hard match up to get around.
