How would Wilder have done vs lesser HW Champs of '00s?

The reality is any of those would be his best victory which means chances are he loses to them.

So, for sake of clarity I don't consider WBA "regular" champs here. Going back to 2000 to 2010, of the lesser HW champs (so no Lennox, Klitschko Bros or Holyfield) who could Wilder have beaten? Here's my list and how I think it shakes down:

Guys Wilder Beats

John Ruiz (WBA): Ruiz was all jab and grab at this point but not big enough or strong enough to do that for long against Wilder. Plus he got tagged a lot.

Hasim Rahman (WBC/IBF): Powerful but ponderous, easy to hit. Wilder tough enough and takes his bombs and lands his own, Rahman gets KO'd.

Oleg Maskaev (WBC): See Rahman.

Sergei Liakovich (WBO): Wilder got him later when he was truly shot to hell, but even in his WBO era, Wilder still KOs. Not enough skill to avoid that right.

Lamon Brewster (WBO): Good skills, powerful, but could get caught. Not sure he does enough early to stop a KO loss later in the fight.

Guys Wilder loses to

Nikolai Valuev (WBA): While oft derided, he genuinely had better boxing fundamentals than Wilder and at 300lbs+ and 7ft tall would simply be too big for Wilder.

David Haye (WBA): Too slick and too powerful. Definitely KOs Wilder. Sparring may have been edited but Haye still rocks Wilder and its only sparring. Plus Haye was even fresher in 00s.

Sultan Ibragimov (WBO): Most underrated HW of 21st century IMO. Gave 2 of the ATGs in Savon and Wlad some headaches. Beat Holyfield, who while past his best was still good enough to beat most HWs of the time. Defensively slick, awkward southpaw, decent power and good ring IQ. Sort of like a slightly less good Usyk. Boxs rings round Wilder, too smart to get set up for the right.

Corrie Sanders (WBO): Southpaw. Tough. Wlad said Sanders was hardest puncher he ever faced. I think he catches Wilder too much too often.

RJJ (WBA): Just too slick and puglistically literate for Wilder at this point.

50/50 fights

Ruslan Chagaev (WBA): Another skillful southpaw, more aggressive, but injuries and fitness let him down. Would school Wilder but possibly get caught late, sort of like Wilder vs Ortiz 2.

Samuel Peter (WBC): Aggressive, good punch output, dropped Wlad 3 times. Physically very strong too. None of which Wilder likes.But still ate some shots too. Could very easily get caught.

Chris Byrd (WBO/IBF): Defensive genius for a HW. Last truly skillful US HW world champ. But small, and could still eventually get caught. This is either a one-sided decision or a late KO for Wilder.

Shannon Briggs (WBO): This doesn't last 6 rounds. Both had power to take each other out. Briggs was ponderous but overall had better skills and power in both hands equal to Wilders. If it somehow goes past 6 Wilder wins. Briggs had stamina issues.

Ibragimov had mad power but a chronic hand injury. Also had hand speed that impressed none other than Mike Tyson. We never got to see the best of him.
