I do not. Have you ever seen Wlad intimidated? I guess it's possible - there's never been someone with his aura in this era - but I just doubt he's any less steely entering the ring. If he gets nailed early, that would fluster him and give Tyson an edge, but I'm not sure that would happen. First off, Tyson had trouble reaching up to hit guys who were 6'5" and up. He's such a short dude that he couldn't get nearly as much leverage on his punches when aiming high. Second, he was always susceptible to getting clinched, and he generally lost fights where his opponents could do that effectively. I think he tries to get in there and tag the chin, but fails 4 times out of 5.

LOL at ppl calling Wlad-Lewis a 50/50. Lewis is better at EVERYTHING than Wlad and he also has an inside game and some guile. I can't be arsed to go through the rest of the list, Wlad's never beaten anyone remotely comparable to anyone on there, and he labours to late KO's against guys on that list would have knocked out quickly.

anything is possible.... i think lennox would take the majority

but all it takes is a power 1-2 from wlad on lennox chin, or a nasty left hook to knock him out

I don't think he is considered by most to have been the lineal HW champ because of that fight.

I guess it also depends how a person defines establishing a new lineage once the current champ retires as Lewis did.

BTW--why is Bowe not on the list? He had more claim as a lineal champ than VK did.

lineal titles mean **** all anyways.

What kind of system puts more stock in briggs vs Foreman than Holyfield vs Tyson?

    Insanity.

I think Wladimir murders Dempsey. Too good on the outside and too strong on the inside.

Tyson is interesting. It seems equally likely to me that Tyson will stop Wlad in two as Wlad jabbing and Clinching until Tyson tires beofre stopping him around 10. Can't pick.

Wlad is a better defensive fighter and, while he gets hurt easier than Lennox, has better recuperative abilities.

The more I think about it though, the more I favor Lewis. I think his greater aggression would make the difference.

He would do well against all except young Ali, young Foreman, Lennox Lewis, his own brother and prime Evander Holifield.

Lennox beats Wlad-Ali wins-Foreman wins-Holmes in his prima wins. Wlad is good in this garbage era but I still question his heart when pushed hard which hasn't really happened much.
