Put his punches together pretty well in that sequence. The side step and chopping right hand was nicely done. Liked the uppercut hook combo, too. Campolo was making little attempt to defend himself, but he may well have been hurt before that clip began.
It’s really hard to say because Campolo doesn’t really look like a professional boxer in that short clip. Primo seemed to lose his balance a bit when he stepped back from his rush, and that some of his punches looked pretty awkward, but none of it mattered because Campolo was there for the taking.
A. Some one with a blatant pro Carnera agenda is doing there best to persuade us he was a big puncher.
I clearly believe that he is treated far worse than the fighter he actually was. I've talked about that pretty extensively. Does it mean you won't be able to discuss him with me at all? That's...unfortunate, but I won't intrude on your choices. For the record, I'm not as much impressed with his power here than I am his boxing senses, mobility (agility), and usage of angles. But he does punch pretty well.
