How would you best define the 'manchester style'?

    In a nutshell, this is it. Although, as others have said, there should be a clear definition between the 'Manchester' style and the 'Gallagher' style. The one Mo mentions is more Gallagher than Manchester.

    Strike right :thumbsup Its Gallaghhers style not Manchesters, take a look at Paul Butler at Arnie's he attacts behind his jab use's angles and steps in and out of range, Mark Heffron was'nt happy with the training method of Gallagher so he moved to Arnie's

    Some of my friends, all casuals, refer to 'the idiots from Manchester who just walk forward face first'. Agreed that it is the Gallagher style. Something surely needs to change in that gym! Still, Gallagher shouldn't take all the blame. I can't believe that in a gym with so many experienced boxers none of them have helped address the issue.
