FORCE the best to fight the best. You get banned from the sport if you don't

One single global sanctioning body. No more ABC's, no more confusion as to who the real champion is, no more cherry picking the weakest title holders. Most sports have a single body and usually it's beneficial, yes there's corruption but there's a reason why sports like Tennis, Golf and Basketball went from niche sports to major global sports and boxing declined in comparison. Having one unified global body, something boxing has never had, would be able to push the sport forward in a way that the splintered groups could never do.

A single global sanctioning body would quickly become bureaucratic, political and again full of corruption

One single body won't work for numerous reasons, see the UFC, also the magic of unification bouts will be lost. 2 (or at the very most, 3) organizational bodies is optimal.

No more interim/regular/diamond/gold etc belts. Each body gives out one belt per division, so each division will only have at most 2 (or 3) champions.

Speaking of divisions, get rid of all the new ones and just keep the original 8 with the addition of cruiser, so we just have: Fly, Bantam, Feather, Light, Welter, Middle, Light Heavy, Cruiser, Heavy

All of the above gets rid of paper champs.

Also, rematch clauses are not allowed to be implemented in fight contracts. Only after a fight has occurred, if both fighters want a rematch, then they have to negotiate it. No more Re-Matchroom

No idea I don't watch men bounce balls.

If you're implying it works for them, yeah sure there are examples of ruling bodies that do work but are we talking about a body that only overlooks 1 country America? Boxing needs oversight globally.

They need to bring back traditional skills and rules. Modern boxing is so watered down from the Classical Age. We seem to have lost our direction in a sea of mediocrity.

What I'm trying to say, is, bring back the cestus.

You know the Romans would approve!

Then each country can have its own organization. Between the UK and the US 80% of boxing will be covered.

Some type of mechanism to punish judges who submit bad scorecards. Right now its very rare to see a judge face anything for screwing over fighters. We need to see a sport where judges are getting flat out banned if they keep robbing fighters.
