i'm gonna break an exclusive on esb here ike and this 100% genuine.

one of the judges from the seoul olympics was a civil servant. i don't know if this is purely co-incidence or whether it is the legitimate reason that jones then went on to destroy every civil servant that crossed his path.

I'd describe him as a fighter who stayed away from fighters who he knew would put him into a mini-coma for most of his career.

He of course grew a set later in his career and was beaten like a baby fur seal by the very same guys he always knew would expose him.

R.J.J.: Smart early in his career, stupid later.

i want to, i REALLY want to, but it's hard. ray leonard has probably the best resume in the modern era. jones barely has the best resume of all fighters named roy jones.

that is genuinely true about one of the seoul judges ike

it gutts me to this day that prime jones never got it on with prime calzaghe because the jones illusion would have been shattered for good and he wouldn't have been able to pull the wool over america's eyes like he did.

you've got to hand it to roy though . . . . . . very, very clever man.

    - pretends to be mcclellans best friend so he doesn't have to step in a ring with him.

    - offers benn 10% of the purse to fight him

    - makes out he won't fight abroad because he got a bad decision as an amateur

    - pretends he'd never heard of calzaghe and didn't know that a place called europe existed.

roy jones = very smart man :deal

I haven't read anywhere on this thread where I ranked Jones over Leonard,so you must have pulled that one out of your ass(just like the majority of your "facts"-at least your consistently clueless),but you forgot the most important, and undeniable fact of the 4 fighters we were debating:

-Despite publicly discussing a proposed fight over the course of the plurality of his career,Ray Leonard wanted absolutely nothing to do with prime or close to prime Marvelous Marvin Hagler, ducking him until he was certain that Hagler was shot.

HaHaHaHa.Not nearly as smart as Calzaghe who actually has pulled the wool over the eyes of people like you that just won't accept the fact that Calzaghe knew Jones was shot when they fought and lied about it anyway.
