How would you describe Floyd Mayweather as a great boxer?

    According to HBO's Ross Greenburg,


    Floyd is a great boxer who has a good charismatic personality who can conduct himself well both in and out of the ring.

    He's also a special gifted athlete who continues to mesmerize the American public in and out of the ring and a major force in boxing.






    Anyone can deny this?

    I don't get into this PBF bull****, but I'll give it a go.

    Floyd is a defensive a wizard with probably the best reflexes and ring generalship in the history of boxing.

    If that statement by Greenburg was dated 1998, then yes, it is 100% accurate.

    Maybe he "can" conduct himself well outside of the ring, but he hasn't been doing it lately.

    No denying his abilities as a boxer though.

    I am a massive Floyd fan but more of a fan for his work ethic, business brain, and most importantly his freakish boxing ability.

    But i must say he is not always the most likeable person.

    There is no doubt he is a great boxer. Not as great as he could be, if he simply made the fights people want to see, though.

    There have been better reflexes but not a defense like that. Hes less cocky as the years go by. Kinda like Judah. Both have matured a lot in the last years.
    World class athlete with one of the best defence in the sports history.
