If you were Eddie Hearn how would you match Anyhony and how would you direct his career in terms of opposition, number of fights and titles?

If it were me I'd give him 3 more fights this year if it's possible. Saturday night, Sprott in November then another reasonable euro fight in December. I would try and give him 6-8 fights in 2015 including the likes of Tony Thompson, Kevin Johnson, Kali Meehan, Manual Charr, Alex Lepai and a big uk fight with Fury/Chisora loser. I think next year he needs to be fighting guys who are ranked within top 40, former champs and challengers. Guys who have been there and done that and won't be intimidated by Joshua's size, power and hype.

If he ends 2015 16-18 fights in total with 5 or 6 good wins against solid opponents that would give him a real solid base to move forward with.

think you have it spot on really but 6-8 fights in a year at that level is very tough, I would maybe suggest Johnson, Scott, Leapai, Thompson and Cunningham just to get a variety of fighters. I think in that order too. Johnson should be a man he can get his much needed 12 rounds or at least most of them, Scott is a better mover who is beatable, Leapai is a waste of time really but him fighting Klitschko makes him a good name to have on record, Thompson is fairly dangerous and would give a really good ranking and then Cunningham like Scott is smaller and gave fury a lot of problems.

I think Joshua has improved a good deal since his debut. Compare his debut fight against Leo to his most recent fight against Airich. He has a better jab, and he has better defense. He's also not wasting as many shots, and his shots aren't as wild.

Yeah as soon as I put the post I remembered Lepai is fighting Scott. The winner of that fight would be decent. Especially if it's Scott. I think 6 fights I'd doable. 8 too if the fights don't take too much out of him.

But yeah he needs a variety of fighters. As many rounds as possible but the most important thing is facing someone who he can't just blast out. Someone who makes Joshua work for the win and brings out his full ability.

No point in farting about fighting these no hopers.

Give him 4 fights next year Price, Chisora, Fury and Haye then move up to World Level.

Should be Johnson after Sprott, I reckon Joshua will get the KO. After that he needs to be in with people who come to win like Charr. This is an essential part in the progression. Don't even mention Malik Scott, after his performance against Wilder he should be banned from the sport. Thompson is a good opponent. Limited power and stamina but plenty of experience and durability. After that you've got to look at Ustinov or Wach for a real test. If he comes through that then he's ready for the big domestic fights which are world level really and by that point Wlad will have retired and Haye aside, I don't see see any stand outs for domination.
