How would you plan the rest of Canelo's career?

    He wants $35m+ per fight but doesn't want to fight his mandatories and has gotten used to cherry picking his opponents or having ridiculous clauses in the contract.

    His promoters are taking losses on his shows and aren't keen on resigning him once his 3 fight contracts expire.

    Which sucker will sign him next?

    I can't see Turki giving in to his demands or bankrolling a fight unless it is solely on Turki's terms.

    No other promoter wants to guarantee Canelo $xxxx payday but not be sure if they'll get it back via PPV.

    Canelo is over leveraged now and is just trying to bluff his way into the biggest fights for the least risk.

    I wish Turki offers him a sick pay day only if he fights Beterbiev :lol:

    Showcase fight against Berlanga in Sept.
    Showcase fight against Eubank in May 25
    Benavidez or Bivol/Beterbiev winner at LHW next September 25

    That takes him thru the end of next year when he'd probably retire. Two "easy" fights then one more attempt to win a belt at the higher weightclass
