A fury vs wilder cabbaging - long drawn out cabbaging, where the whole world can see you slowing becoming a cabbage. A povetkin vs whyte cabbaging - you actually look like a good fighter doing well then suddenly, bang! Your a cabbage.
Getting put to sleep with a single blow is more prefferable to getting battered throughout 20 minutes by a giant, long term healt-wise. That being said, when it comes to esteem and prestige, I’d much rather get my ass whooped by a 31 year old ATG level talent who has over 40 lbs on me than get knocked the **** out by a much smaller 40 something who was contending even before I took up boxing.
Definitely not like Roy at the time losing what? 4 out of his last 5 at lt hw. It was like Tarver owned him for a while. I think it may have taken its toll on his broadcasting performances as well at the time.
