I know that a big complaint a lot of fans have these days are shitty closed circuit cards, but this one looks pretty dope, i must say... Do you agree? Main event: Pacquiao versus Mosley. The best in the world versus a very faded old one. Might be competitive for a few rounds with great action, but very difficult to consider an upset at this point in mosley's career. Not that great. -A rematch of Soto-Antillon which was a genuine FotY contender last year. Should be damn fun. -Wilfredo Vasquez Jr. vs Jorge Arce- WVII is a pretty solid fighter who in my opinion is still developing. I think he'll give a damn good account of himself in this one, and i hope Arce can give him what for. -The return of Kelly Pavlik- An interesting questionmark for the Super Middleweights. Are we going to see a washed up, limited fighter or maybe the start of some redemption? Whaddaya think?
Soto pulled out and Antillion is fighting Rios in July instead.... Its an ok card better than some of the recent ppv ones. But i miss the Don King undercards back when Tyson was in jail.. Chavez usually headlined and you alwyas had elite guys like Norris,Nelson,Jackson,Prime Gabriel Ruelas etc etc on the undercards.
I don't know, from a "the devil you know is better than the devil you don't know" perspective. This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected
I don't know, but Bin Laden is dead. it was in the championship rounds, but KO10 is better than a newspaper decision.
Osama being killed is like finding one of those voodoo chickens at a Bobcat Goldthwait Halloween party in the early nineties. ****er was sacrificed in the late eighties for Saturnalia.
I will buy this fight. One of the few Pac fights I see very competitive at welterweight. Pac looks really really good in training though, his speed is incredible. Mosley is going to have to fight a very smart fight. I cant stand listening to Nazim Richardson in that Showtime show. He has all these great one liners, but doesnt seem to have any kind of decent gameplan going for Shane. Shane is going to have to fight a very calculated fight and take advantage of all the technical mistakes Pac makes. He cant stand and brawl with Manny he wont make it out of the first round.
He's right about circling to the left taking away Pac's straight left, maybe Shane can do that although Shane doesn't have much of a jab. I'm not sure Shane can learn too much or stick to a gameplan, he doesn't have the tools but he does have a great right hand which is Pacquaio kryptonite. I watched Mosley-Collazo last week, Shane was ineffective early in that one and then took over but Collazo is more of a stylist than Pacquaio
Nazim always seems full of ****, i hate his pretension of being some old school boxing wizard.... Even if he is keeping a plan to himself he just doesn't rub me the right way at all. I think he's going to have shane try and box pac a little bit for sure though. If it was consisting of bantamweight interim OPBF title fights you would Agreedo, vic, i think it will be a damn fun fight. Whatever the outcome i hope WVII grows from it, i like the kid. Soto made a bad move. It's obvious whoever won this would be sacrificed to Rios on an unholy pulpit, but it still deprived the fans of a great fight on what would have been a good card.
The type of totally predictable **** where you almost can guarantee what is going to happen but can still be shocked ..
