    Pac did not allow them to be competitive because he's just too good, too powerful and too skillful. Other fighters below Pac's caliber will make these fighters you mentioned as competitive.

    Diaz was competitive against Sta. Cruz who beat Casa.
    Oscar was competitive against Mayweather winning by SD
    Hatton was competitive against Mayweather until he got KOd in the 10th.

    Pac was way better than these 3 who can show competitiveness against other fighters.

    how do you not allow someone to be competitive? you can shut someone out and it can still be competitive
