I know he's technically not a belt holder at the moment, but why not mention PBF too?

You can if you'd like but I'm only talking about fighters with belts today. Otherwise I'd include PBF, a non-plastered Margarito, Collazo, Judah, even Pacquiao as he's had one fight at the weight. But then I'd think this thread would go a million places. Then again, it's a free country haha.

Why do you say that? Handspeed? Superior power? Breland had a great jab.

I think Curry and Starling beat all of the current WW titleholders, but I'm not sure about Breland.

I wouldn't pick the 2000-01 Mosley to beat "on" versions of Curry and Starling, let alone a nearly 40 year old Mosley.

True story. I was just thinking along the lines of a PBF-Curry chess match.

Mosley could hang with all three. Not sayin he would win, but he'd be trouble. Berto is fast enough to give any of them fits. Cotto could beat Marlon Starling. And all of Honeyghan's losses were by ko, so Cotto being the hardest hitter of today's welterweights has a chance to ko him. And Mayweather would beat all of them.
