Also known as (to me at least) 'DaVaryll Chappelle'. :yep I always thought he looked like Dave's long lost brother...
Exactly, Wlad's knockdown stats speak for themselve. Another point I would like to bring up is, why does everyone seem to think Sanders is powerful? Who did he ever knockout that was any good, other than weak chinned Wlad? The guy couldn't even put away another glass chinned fighter in Rahman a few years before facing Wlad.
Unless I'm mistaken, Tito Trinidad has been knocked down about 8-9 times. Does Tito have a glass chin?
He's fought hall of fame oppenents, and has won some and lost some. Wlad's caliber oppenents are not on par with Tito's.
Not my point good sir. You just said that the knockdowns speak for themselves. Not to mention that Tito touched canvas against some cans as well. IMO every knockdown has to be viewed in it's own little bubble I guess.

Fair enough, all I'm saying is Wlad has been dropped by Purrity, Sanders, Panel, TOS, Brewster, and Peter. A couple of them oppenents knocked him down multiple times. For those who say Wlad's chin is at least a 5 or 6, please go on youtube and watch Brewster/Wlad 1. In the 3rd round Brewster caught Wlad with a stiff jab that made Wlad's legs buckle from under him, which made him have mini panic attack. Even Roy Jones couldn't believe how weak Wlad's chin was that night. Even making a claim that he would take Wlad out with his power.
To be fair Brewster had/has pretty good power. I think his chin is a weakness but it's not a china chin or a glass jaw or whatever other sort of hyperbolic statement we can put on it. It's average ish.
I think his chin is average but he's always gotten up from a punch though. If people think his chin is week, than what about people that have gotten laid out from punches. Lennox Lewis got pummeled by Rahman.....does that mean he has a WEAK chin??
I agree, Brewster does have some power. Though when a fighter gets rocked by a jab, you know your oppenents chin is bad. Especially when the fighter is not even known for having a powerful jab. Wlad is one hell of a boxer, though his chin is still weak and it's only a matter of time before it's exposed again. He's lucky the division is so terrible, because if he was fighting his prime years during the 90's, he would be spending more time on the canvas than a artistic painter.
I think you and I would agree that Vitali has a granite chin, and even Vitali got hit pretty hard by Sanders. Sanders has awesome speed, which created more power. But like i said in my post a minute ago, to say he's weak-chinned when he got up from all of his knockdowns says something.
