I think he would have won a world title. He was a really solid fighter and was beating up Bowe in both fights before he mentally unraveled.

He would still get demolished by Tyson, the physical and mental requirements were seen in Holyfield in their first fight and I don't see Golota ever reaching that level

My aunt and uncle, were from the same part of Poland, Bigus and Incontinentia, and they said that when Andrew, or as the Poles would say his name, Jared, would go through the streets, even the hardcore gangster children who tied the alcohol to the salt and would throw it into the water when the police came, due to Polish prohibition, they would fear Jared and say that if he were mentally stable and still keen on boxing for a living, he would be heavyweight champion some day, even though he was only 4'7 and 63 pounds, at the time. P4P, that's got to still meaning something. I don't remember what the weights and heights were in the metric system or whatever it is over there.

Golota would have two wins against Bowe if only he was mentally stable.
That would change the ATG list in both directions (Bowe direction and Golota direction).

However, I'm not sure (in the case of Golota) how much mental stability or instability played a role in the destruction against Lewis.
Mental instability against Tyson was crucial.

Golota could become champion against Byrd. The decision could have been different.; MD victory of Golota.

So I voted that the physical attributes and skills of Golota with the mental attributes of Bernard Hopkins (for example) would make a world champion combination.

They weren't. They were close fights that could have gone either way.
