How would've Tyson-Holyfield II went if Mike didn't go for the bite?

Would the fight shift in Tyson's favour, or would it be like a teacher asking Holyfield to repeat his answer when the question "Mike Tyson" was asked?

The bout was already decided. Tyson had had enough. He came out full bore in round 3 trying to get it going and Holyfield's spoiling tactics pulled that up pretty quick. He did land a couple of bombs just after but Holyfield was completely unaffected and Mike had certainly seen enough at that point. At any rate Tyson would have bit again. Holyfield was going to knock him out.

I would have love to see that.
The fight was very close but the cut disrupted everything.
Holyfield was as confident as ever, and Tyson started to land some good shots but failed to lure him into a straight exchange.

Tyson was a 4 round fighter at this point. I doubt he would have had the energy to go much further than that. I see Holyfield taking over late and winning the decision.

That being said, the head butts will always annoy me.

Holyfield still wins, Tyson gets cut again and loses his entire focus.
By the mid fight Tyson is getting rocked and hurt again, and can't seem to get going.
Holyfield stop's him again, hurt and dazed on the ropes.

I think it would have gone the same way as the first fight, but faster.

    Tyson was mentally finished.

It was obvious that he physically outweighed Holyfield, but his brain was probably the size of a strawberry jam jar.

He also had no cardio at all. Holyfield would have knocked him out max in the 6th round.

I think the same. Mike's rushes were being thwarted time and again, he just wasn't landing solidly enough often enough. It looked to me like it would be over a few rounds earlier this time.

Mike himself admitted Holyfield was kicking his ass, it wasn't just the head butting; after the first couple of rounds he seemed kind of doomed to lose in probably a sorrier repeat. Even his best wasn't really doing much to Holy, at least not enough to discourage him.

Mike was Evander’s mongrel rescue puppy and Holyfield would have finished potty training him if it went much further.

I disagree ... not decided ... Tyson was in much better shape than in the first fight and was having a very good third round till the collisions and he lost his mind .... you have to favor Evander because he was so much stronger mentally but Mike came to fight and then lost it ... people forget Tyson was a basket case and on and off medication to keep him out of jail between fights and ready to roar for fights and the withdrawals had to be brutal for him but Tyson was always a commodity manipulated by very smart men for huge dollars so there is a lot to the story.

    I agree.
I think people count out Tyson too easily.
There was also a moment where they exchanged (after the second bite) and Tyson looked far more comfortable than his opponent.

I thought Tyson was maybe a round or two away from it being stopped on cuts, and he knew it.
