Just seen this for the first time and felt that Eastman was rather unlucky not to get the nod here. Outworked him throughout and his effective bodywork enabled him to finish the stronger. A template for Froch perhaps? In AA's defence he seemed rather green in this fight. Anyone agree or am I being nationally biased?
I really do not see how anyone could score it for Eastman, Abraham scored the cleaner more effective punches and Eastman was just hitting gloves and arms all night. Abraham went into cruise control the last 2 rounds which let Eastman come back a little but it was still a clear AA win tbh.
A pair of tits would definitely help. Haven't watched this fight again though since it happened 5 or 6 years ago so can't really remember too much about it either. Might have a look again next week some time but wouldn't be surprised if Eastman was a little unlucky. Abe's not exactly the hardest guy to outbox and outwork.
