    There are many judges and referees that should never work big fights. Their performance should be analysed like in any other job and a decision made on whether they are capable of working at high levels. It's crazy how we see some of these guys do a terrible job and then a few weeks later, you see them working another big fight.

    Either there is shortage of refs or they are just plain corrupt - why else would they keep getting work?
