Who wins between the Welshman and Englishman at 126lbs? Take the best possible versions you can think of and pit them against one another. Would it be Winstone's jab and move style that wins the day, or would one of Naseem's left hand bombs detonate at some point? We'll make it 12 rounds given how Hamed never had to go the 15 round distance in his entire professional career. Who wins & why? Discuss.

Having seen all 3 Winstone v Saldivar fights, I have to go for Hamed on a stoppage. I cannot stand that little guy, but he could punch as H... Saldivar was slower, not so hard hitting, but he got the job done. Winstone was great to watch, but I don“t think that he had any chance to keep Naseem away from punching distance. Naseem would stop Winstone in very few rounds, unfortunatly. Woller
Winstone TKO5, just like the Guerrero fight. He wouldn't hurt him badly, but he'd be tagging him so relentlessly and making such an utter fool of him that the referee would be forced to stop it before Howard Cosell retired from commentating.
Check out his fights with Baby Luis (very talented fighter who engages Winstone in an epic skill-fest) and Eduardo Guerrero (not so great fighter who is made to look a total amateur while Winstone showcases every move in the pure boxing textbook). His first two with Saldivar are also great ones, but of course he's up against an all time great breaker and ends up on the losing end. Excellent boxing from him in the early to mid rounds of those bouts, though.
Hamed can knock Winstone out...the Howard from some of his later fights very likely gets stopped and possibly early. But basically the no nonsense jab from the outside stuff Barerra completely embarrassed Naz with is prime Winstone's bread and butter. I think he wins and wide.
