the problem is to many people have let go, their afraid to critisise etc think its in to be pasive, well the truth hurts , and thats what i speak, i heard a woman judge say at a schoolboy competition to a lad who was loosing soundly, quote.if you'd have hung on we would have made you the winner,we wanted you to go through, now them little boys and young men who win fights that theyve trained like slaves for, and discovered they are 12/1 down thinking if i done 10times as much id still have lost, perhaps they feel like letting go, to right they do, they **** the job off,then its easier for a load of kangaroo styled slappers to represent uk. its not fit to watch, like watching paint dry, mark moran was another top amateur, he done great as well, little irish fellow run him out the ring nearly, were was his fantastic skills over 3 rounds.

Brian is fine,

I spoke to him this morning, his pride has been dented buts thats all. Hes physically ok.

He wasnt on it friday night for some reason, he and I and everyone who knows him knows he is capable of a lot more.

He will be back in action soon enough and will regroup to get himself in contention for a British title some time in the near future, To be honest I think it could be a blessing in disguise.

I boxed with Brian for years in the AMs and will have seen plenty more of his fights than you and I cant remember one single fight where ive thought yeah the other kid clearly won... I have seen him bounce a kid all around the ring for the 3 rounds in an england wales show and didnt get the decision so dont talk drivel on public forums when you dont know what you are taking about.

He got caught by a flush right hand to the face, just becuase Maxwell isnt known for KOing people, but he is clearly capable of it if he caught you as he very well demonstrated on Friday night, im not quite sure how this has anything to do with Brians excellent AM record too be honest...
