the kickboxing is tought by some mma fighter so it mainly concentrates on kickboxing but it also adds in elbows and knees. BTW im not good enuff to be P4P champ im only average at striking but i very good at ground game

thanks bro thats what i thought to. what do you think of the westside routine? its pretty much a powerlifting routine. it increases 1-3max strenght on bench and squat and deadlift like crazy.

I like it, but I also like some olympic style lifting (cleans, snatches), maybe work some of those, either with a barbell or with dumbells/kettlebells on your active rests days in the program.

Pretty impressive assuming you do a good intensity level.

i dont know what others think pal but honestly you dont even have a day on your schedule to rest... not to mention lifting 4 days a week, unless your taking steroids i dont see it possible to heal from all that training, take wednesday off pal dont overtrain

Yeah, I agree. There's another MMA guy on here who trains like this too and it doesn't make any sense to me. I might be able to keep that up for about five or six weeks and then I'd either fall apart of get so sick of it. I guess that's why I'm not very good...
