It's hard for me to play this matchup out in my mind, but this fight will be a big scheme anyway. Golden Boy will make a ton of money off of the fight itself, and the fights Pac has after he wins. Pac is going to win and become the biggest thing in boxing, regardless of the advantages Hoya may have. Assuming, of course, that it goes down.

Weight difference isn't as critical for heavyweights as it is for small fighters so there goes the argument. There's a reason why the weight increments between divisions in the lower weight category are small and build up progressively as it goes higher. On Pac vs. DLH it will only be too apparent.

    DLH by manslaughter.

This is a huge punk move by Oscar, fighting a guy Mannys size. Hey , why not just fight Israel Vasqez, Oscar?
Damn, just retire and leave the fighting to guys who are trying to accomplish something besides ripping off the fans for a payday.

What can you say about Hoya fought the 5'6" Whitaker and 5'6 1/2" Camacho before? PAC is 5'6 1/2" tall.

One thing to realize here. 5'6 Whitaker was the welter champ at that tine and Oscar climbed up in weight to challenge him. Big difference from a proposed fight with Manny. Manny is a former 106 lb.er maxing out his frame at 135 and DLH already fought at 160.

    Understand?

If Hoya and PAC can agree to meet at 147, will you write a protest letter to Boxing Organizations asking them to stop this fight from happening?

**** it man you are hopeless.

Truthfully it wouldnt be so bad seeing these 2 guys fight, because I'd rather DLH bypass Cotto and give leeway for a Floyd vs Cotto card. What I'm just so vehemently against is the notion that Pac even has a shot at beating Oscar. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Hopeless what? If Cotto loses this weekend, you can start saving some money for your Hoya-PAC ringside ticket because I just don't see Hoya fighting Margarito.

Doesn't Margarito have a four inch advantage over Cotto also??
I understand you point of other fighters having Big size advantages, in fact much greater than the one between Pac and ODH. The difference is that dispite all physical advantages they are mostly in the same weight class. Dont get me wrong, I'm not buyng the whole Oscar's way too big theory just yet, but i dont think that bringing Valuev to the discussion proves anything because the truth is that size advantages are less relevant with the biggest of mens, take for instance the CW and HWD.
