With what you've specified, I think Wolgast could pull a decision. He was still very dynamic at bantam, and Haegawa always had a defensive naivety when on the offense, which I think Wolgast could exploit. From what I've seen of the Zurita bout, Wolgast showed exceptional control on and around the inside, and had the tools and speed to box outside and work his way in. Hasegawa would be in it all the way, though. He really was a force.
