Which rounds? This will expose your inability to score a fight. It was a 8-0 shut out, maybe 7-1. Turner was a good opponent for his 4th fight, and came in the ring to win.

In might interest you to learn that Hrgovic has never been floored as an amateur or pro. He kicked rail int e very pro like World series of boxing, and was robed in the Olympics. No--his ammeter career isn't going to hold him back.

I'm going to stop correcting you in this thread however I might keep a count on the amount negative posts you have against Hrgovic, if only to prove you are in fact a hater. Please prove me wrong.

By Jim Dower: 2016 super heavyweight Olympic bronze medalist Filip Hrgovic (4-0, 3 KOs) picked up his 4th win of his pro career in defeating Sean Turner (12-2, 8 KOs) by an 8 round unanimous decision on Saturday night at the Arena Nurnberger in Nuremberg, Germany. The scores were 80-72, 80-72 and 77-73.

    Happy queerhawk?

List Tyson's first 11 pro fights and then compare it to Hrgovic? Deal? I think you run from doing this. In fact I know you will.

Hrgovic grew up in a nation with no one to spar with. Tyson has the legendary Cus D Amato as his father in law, and worked with him as a teenager in the gym!

compare Tyson's first 3 years as a pro and then compare to Hrgovic..

Tyson 3 after years turning pro -
    21 years old
    34-0
Unified WBA , WBC and IBF Champ
Wins over Holmes, Tubbs , Thomas , Berbick , Tucker , Tillis, Bonecrusher

Who was moved faster and who was better after 3 years? This is where you run away as the hard questions are being asked.

I rate Hrgovic pretty highly, but when sports gets back to full swing again, he has to be careful not to regress in meeting lowell level opposition too often, imo. He could do with another tougher bout than the recent few he's had.
He's coming up to 28 years years of age with a wealth of top level amateur/WSB experience. He looks a solid all round operator with size and decent punch power so he's good enough to take on better opponents. With the right progression and the right team, he should be able to contend for, or be in the mix for, the big HW world belts in a couple of years time, imo.

Last time I checked Hrgovic isn't ranked in the division's top 10 by Ring Magazine. Yet that barroom brawler Whyte is ranked #3. 41 year old Ortiz who hasn't beaten anyone in last five years ranked #5. Sure Hrgovic is the one who is the most overrated... Another garbage thread.

what’s your point? Whyte and ortiz have obviously vastly superior records?

I genuinely don’t get your point here

My point is that your thread is garbage. Hrgovic is the most overrated current fighter, because some random posters in a boxing forum ranked him top 10? Jeez... No boxing media hype him or rank him top 10 in the division. Casuals never heard of him either. He flies under the radar, and only few hardcore boxing fans know him. I could mention at least 20 current fighters that are more overrated than Hrgovic. Your agenda is obvious, all do you is shitting on EE heavies from time to time and this thread fits the mold. And no, Ortiz doesn't have a "vastly superior" record. Who has he beaten? His best win is Jennings the guy who was even beaten by Joyce.

also quickly before you run your bath

1- I have no idea who you are, we have never had a conversation so don’t make assumptions

2- I liked pirog very much, kovalev is a brilliant character not so much boxer now, i cheered when the nail beat Adonis, i rate wlad top 15 heavy, i respect GGG and feel he won the first against canelo, I rate postol. That enough for ya?

3- who are you to make such assumptions?? Literally never had an encounter. Strange

Final comment, Iv included EE heavies in potential top prospects and have barely said anything bad about hrgovic.

now go get your bath, daddy eggman will tuck you in after and read you a story of when fat old Lennox smashed vitali in 6 rounds

Why do you place any prestige on a post to like ratio?

But yes I can enlighten you, you quite simply didn't watch the fight and have plucked your card out of thin air.

I'm no expert on him, like you I haven't seen that fight neither.

    You're welcome.
