I wasn't overly impressed with his last performance against Molina. Took a few too many unnecessary in round 2 I thought without attempting to defend. Yeah, he's massively overhyped at this stage of his career. Having said that, I feel he may win a vacant strap somewhere down the line.
Well, Hrgovic was just 20 years and Joyce 27, a full gown man. At Super heavyweight, you won't see ANY 19-20-year-olds doing well, not these days as they are often against full-grown men who are 6'5" 240 pounds. Joyce won via split decision. It means nothing now, but did reveal Hrgovic has heart if needed. That was 2013. Hrgovic is much stronger and more skilled in 2020. Yes, Wlad did it and won gold at age 20 at super heavyweight, however, he was a once in a generation type of talent, and his opponents, for the most part, were quite as big as they are now.
