Yep. But it was the ref stepping in due to his opponent getting hit all the time and doing nothing in return. I think he could have made the final bell, but it was a good stoppage.

Spot on. Usually I think he is alright, but saying stuff like 'you clearly won the fight' is unprofessional and makes it sound like he's licking B-Hop's testicles. Nobody wants to know a reporters opinions.

But Hopkins was right in what he said-harsh but fair. I thought he won the fight, but it was always gonna be tricky to get the decision. I hope he gets the rematch, I'd fancy him to pull it off.

On a side note, is it me or have we seen a hell of a lot more draws (domestically and in the US) than usual this year?

 

I don't think a rematch is necessary. Hopkins won. The world knows this. It's unfortunate but boxing fans should just remember the truth rather than what's written on paper.
