    Straight from Fightnews:

    ====================================================

    Klitschko-Arreola officials named

    The officials for the September 12 WBC heavyweight championship bout between Vitali Klitschko and Chris Arreola have been selected and approved by the Officials Committee of the California State Athletic Commission. The referee will be Jon Schorle (California). Judges are Ken Morita (Japan), Anek Hongtongkam (Thailand) and Guido Cavalieri (Italy).
    ====================================================

    Why a huge boost? Well, with Morita on board Arreola now has a great chance of actually winning some rounds regardless of how he's doing. Hell, he might even be up on the scorecard by the time he's stopped and can claim he won the event.

    Schorle is a very good referee. He is a little guy but he does not take crap from any fighter. He also was the referee when Klitschko beat Sanders for the WBC belt back in 2004.

    The fight date says Sept 12th....I wish.

    It's actually the 26th, which means I'm going to have to skip out on my sisters wedding reception early so I can get home in time (about a 3hr drive) to watch it live.

    Call the place in advance and have them show the fight.

    Won't help him at all. Vitali by mid-round or late KO. I have a feeling this will be a copy of the Danny Williams or Peter fights.

    Agreed. This is going to be a very one-sided fight, with Arreola on the losing end.

    Morita is a blind idiot! Hongtongtam is even worse! They will give Arreola every round even if Vitali knocked Arreola down in every round, but who will hold Arreola up? The ref?

    I think Klit will do it in 5 rounds. 3 rounds maximum.

    I don't think the ref is strong enough to hold Arreola up!
