    It's nothing. People made a big deal about it for the Shane fight. It's just a build up of fluid. I forgot the actual name. It's like Gideon disease or something like that.

    Ironically it's called a Bible Cyst among other names, it's not a tumor. I've had it myself, shouldn't affect his performance in any way and it can be drained.
