Build muscle, get stronger, get fitter, all of it with balance. And I've gotten stronger on veggie diet, and bigger. Even when I reduce my protein macro's from 200 to 100.
Haha, no I don't but my point is, if you routine is burdened with cooking/prepping/cleaning after meals, it's going to get draining over the course of a year, and you won't be able to keep up mentally... Everyone's life style is different, but for a typical london worker like myself, my routine is low maintenance, and effective. 1 hour gym is not enough IMO, you need 1.5 hours after taking in breaks, and warm ups etc etc. so between work and working out and sleeping how much time do you real have for cooking and cleaning after?
Yeah it is hectic, and it' not perfect... but the pay is significantly better, and the job opportunities are plentiful and all near each other. Easy to switch jobs, and literally be within minutes of your old location. Many work in the city for these reasons, and live out of London, for the peace and tranquility of the country side. Job security is important, having plenty of jobs nearby helps!
