Hopefully he fights someone decent like a Kabayel or Yoka.

People hate on Houghie but the fighters he's fought at his age is better than what the guys at the top have done.

Please no. I feel like no matter how good the main fight is Hughie can almost single handily ruin the entire card

Unpopular opinion. I like to watch fighting hughie fury. OK, NOT the 12 rounds. But I like to watch him fighting, lets say, four. Five in a good night or six.

I dont mind to watch him in the undercard. A different flavor of boxing. Like some food you like to taste a little bit, but if you eat too much it's unpleasant. Well, for me hughie fury is the same in boxing.

It's always interesting to watch different styles, all kind of styles, even the boring ones.

    Hughie can handle himself

He just has a poor offensive output.

I think he did well against Povetkin

Would have beat covid shot Povetkin and didn't get starched by him like Whyte. Hughie actually made Povetkin look poor & predictable.

He's a bit of a meme because of how his style matches up & that's good people enjoy a good meme. Can't market himself on just being a Fury alone. If he kept fighting stiffs which he was entitled to do then people would really whine.

It's nice to read every now and then a comment not mocking on hughie and being mostly fair. He has his flaws, and he's certainly a bit boring. But I think that people, by following the meme, are being a bit unfair to him actually.

If Hughie keeps at it the same way he has been over the last couple of years EVENTUALLY he will shock the naysayers with an unexpected performance.

I think the key with Hughie is mixing in a weaker opponent every 3rd fight or so he can let the hands go a bit and stop someone. Maybe eventually he'll put it all together against a higher caliber because he does have most of the tools

The tools he's lacking are key ones though. Doesn't have the offense needed.

I think majority of top 25 boxers will beat 41 y.o post covid Pov version, btw both : ams and pros.
Another question how they might look vs 30-36 y.o Povetkin's versions.

    Let him fight Price:

The resistible force vs. the completely moveable object.

Hughie can’t bust a grape … but can Price withstand near-grape-busting power?
