"If" is the key word..................has Hughie gotten over his illness? I think it could be an interesting fight, but did Hughie lose too much time with his illness? Anyone know how his health is and what was wrong with him?

All the aforementioned has been covered previously.
The charges relate to an incident that the furys were initialy "advised about"
By that i mean that at first ukad went to thier training centre and gave them advice about eating meats from unreputable sources, like south america where they implant there cattle wirh steroids.
Ukad gave advice to the furys as there samples showed metabolites.
Fast fwd another year and ukad came back and decided to charge the furys for this same incident.
    This is the story afaik.

    He was reportedly diagnosed with

acne with auto-immune aspects - loss of energy, joint pain etc. Peter Fury claims that Hughie has only been operating at around 40% of his capabilities for years because of it, and henceforth we will see a far more effective fighter. Makes sense I suppose - he certainly was covered in horrendous acne (a question is, was it a result of steroid abuse - a known cause?). In any event, for Hughie to have a chance against Parker he certainly has to show a massive improvement - previously he has shown nice enough technique but very little power and seemed very plodding in attack - always reminded me of "revenge of the mummy" - slowly shuffling around with his arms out.

This is a good point - I also thought Ruiz deserved the decision against Parker - Fury does not have the most aggressive style and this could count against him. He could pull off the win. But AJ would be too powerful for him.

His acne has nothing to do with steroids then.

Maybe if Joshua loses to Klitschko...Otherwise he'd be #2. Right now Joshua, Haye and Chisora/Whyte are the best in the english scene, although Hughie probably has the potential to be #2.

I just don't get it...why is Haye considered one of the best current British heavyweights? Definitely the best 5 years ago but who's he fought since? I'd even fancy Chisora to beat him now.

Slight change of subject, but can see a Haye v Whyte fight being lined up next by EH.......just sense that could be another fairly easy but big money fight that would generate the kind of money needed, then maybe he goes the Parker route in October/November.

Tyson gets depressed, Hughie has rare skin disorder... a cynic might say they need a while to get stuff outta their system... Hughie won't beat Parker, I think he'll actually get KOed
