Hughie is not as good as Tyson.

"Tyson Fury is not as good as Klitschko"

Hughie will prove you all wrong, just like Tyson did

That masterclass hughie pulled off against Hammer had me sold. Fury beat a prime hammer easier but Hughie wasn't even trying and made him quit. He's becoming just like his cousin and his iq is increasing each fight. Just a few more years and we'll see a new Gypsy god arise. He's almost there

The prophecy says he just might even surpass Tyson

He schools Sanchez. It's your typical limited counter puncher vs slick intelligent outboxer fight. He's all wrong for the cuban

That's what I want to see. Somebody outside of top 5 to beat Sanchez right now and end the hype

Even though he's suffered from a serious debilitating illness for a number of years of his career and there have been a lot of fluctuations with his weight he's fought

    Povetkin
    Parker
    Pulev
    Wach
    Hammer
    Rudenko
    Kassi
    Guinn
    Peter

And never been down or even hurt IIRC

Povetkin, who still had a pulse and his explosiveness at that point, walked him into some huge flush right hand bombs which were KD shots at the very least if not HL reel KO ones but Hughie didn't even blink and he did handle a better more motivated Christina Hammer better than The Cuban Flash Sanchez did

We know Hughie has the slickness

We know he has the plums to take on the kind of tough challenges that many other more celebrated fighters won't

For instance Hughie has a better resume than 'three-weight world champion' and star Twink

And we know Hughie has the chin

What he needs is some muscle on those noodle arms and more power

Just needs to get a bit of dog in him, I want to see a bit of spite in him every fight, but it just never comes...

I hope he does well, and boosts the resume of my man Povetkin ;)

And Parker and Pulev. They did well to get Hughie pre-prime, just like McDermott

I have nothing against the guy, and people have been saying since he started that he has textbook footwork. But he has no power whatsoever, and that hurts at heavy.

If he is a like Tyson and grows into himself, and can find some power, even if just though size and weight, then I think he could pick up a belt. So far I don't see that he is there.

Well, he's got size, chin, heart/bravery, defensive skills, a lot of experience for his age. He lacks power. But he does have some qualities that could lead to a belt with the right opponent.
