Your poll is badly biased. Hometown decisions happen everywhere. I protest this poll!

Personally, I already bet some money on Brähmer. I´m not confident in this bet but he has talent and somehow I hope he will find back to his pre-prison self in this fight. It´s for a title after all. If he does, he wins by TKO in the middlerounds. If not it will be a close and hard fight. I still pick Brähmer but I´m not confident.

Garay by close UD, possibly late TKO. I always thought Braehmer was overhyped, even during his best days. For God's sake, we are talking about a guy, who lost to a past-prime Mario Veit.

I'm really looking forward to this.Should be good.Garay may try to go all out and brawl with Brahmer,I think Juergen would outbox Garay if this happens. If Garay comes out with a controlled aggression he should be ok,he needs to have a high workrate to win this, part because of Brahmer and part cuz it's in Germany.I'm gonna go with Garay close decision,be it UD,MD or SD.A draw ain't out of the question.

i like garay wide in this.

braehmer simply does not let his hands go enough in a fight v garay.

garay is a decent fighter, high workrate, in your face fighter, braehmer is more measured likes time to box .

i dont think garay will give him time and braehmer does not have the leg speed of erdei to take a breather and get on his bike.

braehmer can punch, but garay is durable and i see this being a quantity wins fight.

    Garay TKO.

Garay will be in Braehmers face from the start of the fight and I do not think Braehmer will be able to take Garay's pressure.

Things heated up during today's Garay-Brähmer press conference at the Lütten Klein VW dealership in Rostock. "I have already fought twice in Germany against Zsolt Erdei for the championship and say even today that in reality I won those fights, not Zsolt," stated WBA light heavyweight champion Hugo Garay (31-3, 17 KOs). "Jürgen Brähmer I don't even know!" The response of WBA #1 mandatory challenger Brähmer (31-1, 25 KOs) was direct and pointed. "Even though he claims that he doesn't know me, on Saturday I will show him who I am in the ring!" Garay and Brähmer meet for the WBA world 175lb championship on Saturday at the Stadthalle on Rostock.

Brähmer has by far the superior skills, but talent alone is not enough to make a good fighter. Brähmer could actually have been a poor mans version of Roy Jones, and I mean this in a very positive sense, because not many fighters are talented enough to even become a poor mans version of Roy Jones...

Brähmer lacks determination and focus. He's simply not a champ, compared to f.example fighters like Arthur Abraham, who are less talented but have that champion mentality that makes them give their best in the ring and in training. Garay will have to pressure Brähmer, he will have to brawl and go to war - and that's exactly how Garay fights. Brähmer won't like it, will he crumble and go into a defensive shell when the going gets rough and tough? Brähmer lacks that champ mentality, he's not willing to put it all on the line, that's why he will never be as successfull as he could be... will Garay be the one to stop him? I don't know, but if he can fight his fight he has a very good chance...

Talent-wise it should be Bräehmer easy but he is missing something that could make him a very good fighter. Bräehmer-T/KO-8.

Will be close. Brähmer will box and score, but Garay is too tough to be KOed. Garay will brawl in a crowd pleasing manner, but Brähmer should be prepared for this, he has a good defense.
Yes, for me a close "hometown" decision is very likely.
