Hogan wrestled in a more "shoot like" style in Japan. check out his move at 2:06 to 2:10..not too shabby [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXg-P7Vw2c0[/ame]
I believe he first went to Judo school when he wanted to be a pro wrestler. Still....not very impressive.
I believe Lou Thesz said it best when he said that Hulk Hogan doesn't know a wrist lock from a wrist watch.
He had enough to choke out hollywood hardman Richard Belzer.... [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7n_SHrK408&feature=list_related&playnext=1&list=MLGxdCwVVULXeBu-SdtV70FheE5JpPitK0[/ame] this is actually legit...Belzer ended up suing hogan for a **** load...like a million....kind of pathetic..because belzer didnt get any perment damage...and he was talking all kinds of **** on hogan before hand....
Sorry to burst your bubble, but this was staged just like PRO-Wreslting in the US. They just decided to make it more fans friendly for the Asian audience.
Anyone ever seen this guy as Detective Munch on one of the first crime shows 'Homicide: Life On The Street'? Horrible character who stunk up the show, and acted very poorly by him..looks like a ***** away from the camera too That was a nice choke
Hogan has lost all his millions and is scraping the bottom of the barrell trying to get his life back together.Pathetic.
No ****...but do to it being a more realistic style of fake you can tell he knows a bit more then some give him credit for.
Ahhhhh yea its not real fighting..but if you learn the structure of the moves you can to some extent do them in real life.
You can indeed, but Ive watched thousands of fights, doesn't meant I can punch like George Foreman does it? Doin something in a choreographed situation is one thing and does take a bit of skill. Applying it in a real situation efficiently against another fighter is totally different
