On the front page, definitely the best addition to the card, much better that Castillo-Gomez or Duddy.

Who wins this? I think Soto by desicion in a very close and hopefully entertaining fight.

Soto wins easy. Why is Diaz getting a shot at anything?

    interesting fight.

Close early and then Soto pulls away. An upset would be good for Pac's resume.

It's only an interesting fight because Diaz will be right there in front of Soto, which will allow him to do what he does best. Soto is going to rip him apart, look fantastic doing it, and then he'll finally get a shot at a premier fighter. Maybe Valero.

good fight. i see soto having a tough fight against diaz who is quite a big 135. soto had been struggling lately even against 126/130 and pulling this one would help soto gain a momentum he needed.

Diaz is tough and Soto doesnt have that speed, I think Diaz gives him a tough fight. Good action packed fight just before the main event.

I find it a little "odd" that all the people saying that Diaz is going to give Soto a good or tough fight are all Pacquiao fans.

    I wonder why?

I'm a Pacquiao fan but I only see Diaz giving Soto trouble for 5 or 6 rounds. I don't expect a closer fight than that.

If it is, it would show that Diaz is better than I thought he was and therefore that Pac's resume is a little bit better than I thought it was.

I don't know why anyone would think this is a good card. This is an ESPN fight at best. Soto by KO easy.

Maybe because it's all action fights? :huh

    Duddy-Medina won't be boring.

    Margarito-Jones won't be boring (despite being one-sided).

    Gomez-Castillo won't be boring (despite being one-sided).

Soto-Diaz won't be boring at all; and is competitive and relevant to the LW division.

Pacquiao-Clottey won't be boring at all, and is competitive and highly relevant to the WW division.

It kind of looks like they're setting Gomez and Margarito up for a 147 lb crossroads showdown, which would be very interesting, so there may be some attempt at oneupsmanship.

I think this is a good fight but Soto should win. Soto had to work hard for his win with Chavez and Diaz is slightly better than Chavez at this point. Diaz makes Soto work for it but Soto by UD.

Who do you see Gomez-Castillo being 1 sided towards? I think Castillo takes this one.

    Really? :blood

I thought his goose was cooked at 140...and he's so far 4-1 at 147, and not exactly matched tough.

I dont think much of Alfonso Gomez. Gomez isnt gonna stop him and he isnt gonna outbox him either.

Action packed fight, Castillo is just different league to begin with, shot or not.
