Looks like Soto will be back in the title picture at 130. They are negotiating a fight against Fana for the IBF belt on May 17. It will be part of the undercard for the Mijares-Munoz unification fight. Fana is scheduled to fight on April 12, if he wins.... the fight should be set.

    good news for Soto.

good fight for Soto, i would like to see that title in the hands of a legitimate elite fighter in such an already deep division

Should be a good rebound fight for Soto.

Afterwards, he should face JMM or Pac. Just love to see him strutting his wares against these two.

    im not feelin this...

I dont want a situation where titles aren't unified b/c there is no demand for a rematch of these two.

Soto wins this easily, Fana isn't exactly the strongest belt holder around.

I'd like to see him get it on with some of the divisions other elite fighters.

JMM, Valero, Guzman 2, etc. Hell put him in with the winner of Barios and Juarez.

Nice to see Soto staying active, guys a good fighter.

You know, I've never actually broke down the 5 worst title holders in the sport.

But yeah, I'd expect Fana to be in there.

Soto is my bet, Fana isn't that talented like Soto.

Though I give him props for holding a belt.

Ehhhh I dunno. I like Soto...but not against JMM.

I think JMM would cut him up pretty bad.
