Guerrero should win. He is getting better and he is a champion. I know he is going to give up his belt to move -up, but his mind set is that he is still a champion. Soto has been hanging on for how long to become a champ. The edge will go to Guerrero due to wanting to make a statement at 130. A very good match-up.

A great fight to be made,2nd best fight to be made at 130 IMO behind Soto/Gamboa. These guys have great chins, great power and love to keep moving forward.

Right now Im lean towards Soto because of his experience.

Soto's underrated and would beat Guerrero down.

    Another great match up. :yep

Both are good boxers and has pop in their punches . . . the difference is Soto . . . has a better Chin than Guerrero . . . I'll pick Soto on this.

Guerrero is still young, but he looks inconsistent at times. As of right now I would lean towards Soto.

Despite Soto getting blown out by Guzman(really he didn't get blown out but Guzman made him look like he did), he did hold his own and he did make a case for himself as he pushed Guzman's stamina quite hard. And Guzman is a serious stylist in there. Guerrero wouldn't pose that type of a problem for Soto, But Guerrero like someone said has very subtle qualities to his game and could trouble Soto. Although I favor Soto's clean crisp punches in this one.

Man this definitely would be a great fight.

I think the weight gain could really help Guerrero and possibly have more pop to his punches. I forgot about his whiskers though. Somethings telling me he will bring his A game to make some noise at 130. He has talked about moving up a long time ago.
