    Soto is one of my favorites ever since the juarez upset

    he took the hard road to the belt and will fight anyone but no one wants to face him

    i think however at 135 and 140 he isnt the same fighter he was at 130 and lower

    he is fun to watch

    He looked pretty sharp, powerful and quick against Alfaro.

    Said he's looking for a belt at 140 so I doubt he'll be fighting Rios anytime soon.
