have you noticed when you are training in a humid place that you get tired much quicker.
Humidity in my gym was so high today that after 3 rounds of shadow boxing I was breathing heavy and my stamina is pretty good as I run 3 miles plus sprints 3 times a week and train in the gym 5-6 days. Of course I finished all my training but it was harder and I felt a little gased out.

Doesn't bother me as much, I grew up outside of Washington DC which is mind-numbingly humid; and I live at high altitude so I already have an advantage in terms of my red blood cell count.

My trainer does that sometimes as well, I think he likes messing with us. Perhaps it's a test to see if we complain. We all know he smacks us in the face if we do that though

It's like when he says "25 pushups" and someone asks "how many" he'll make it 50. He's a funny guy, I like stuff like that. I'm like a robot in training though, I never question anything, or even talk for that matter.
