it just goes to show size doesnt matter.

hunt thought that he could get away with rushing in like that, he ran into some really hard punches and with added weight, you gonna get knocked out.

i am very shocked that hunt got ko'd. i didnt think that was possible.

Hunt lunged in like an idiot, and Melvin blasted him with that right hand. Hunt's momentum moving forward only added more kinetic energy to the mix, and once again, MMA proves that all humans can go to sleep. RIP Mark Hunt's "Impervious Chin Aura."

Mark does have a great chin. But what this proves is Melvin is a serious and precise puncher, and any man hit on the button can be hurt. Hunt was hit on the button and was semi comatose before he even hit the mat.

Oh, there's no doubt he has a great chin. Anyone that can walk through a Cro Cop high kick has a sick chin. But there were people saying they didn't think he could ever be knocked out. Then a 5'8" middleweight destroys him. Of course, Manhoef isn't an ordinary middleweight...the man is a mini-monster. Still, I was shocked, to be honest, at how fast this one ended.

When the KO happened i thought it was actually too quick. On watching the replay its clearly evident that Hunt was completely out of it. All i can say is WOW. Melvin truly is a powder keg.

Iv said it before and il say it again Manhoef is a better striker than Silva. The guy is so devastating and dynamic with his style that most dont even have time to react before they know whats hit them. You should see the way he trains the guy is an animal. Actually he used to come to ring on all fours with a dog leash around his neck.

Hate to bust your bubble, but that isn't the hardest or cleanest Hunt has been hit.. Looks like he simply didn't see it coming, I think he broke Jaw, and it happened because he wasn't biting down.

More precise striker than Silva? Possibly. I would like to see that matchup.

Hunt's only human. His chin isn't made of iron, just bone like the rest of the world. Anyone can get caught and dropped from a well placed, and well timed shot.

WAS he he asleep on the canvas? his eyes looked open and I could see his hands move?

He definitely switched off when he went down, poor guy.

Speed kills. Manhoef has speed and power. Great fighter. Nice to see retirement didn't suit him well.
